PCB Faster PCBA Division now has a plant of 8,000 square meters and employs about 300 people . The company mainly engages in small batch manufacturing of communication modules and sample boards. Communication Module Plant: it is dedicated to the manufacturing of communication modules and generic modules,such as automotive modules,Internet of Things terminals(trackers),linear broadcast satellites,WLAN cards and other products. The plant provides SMT,testing,assembly,packaging and other services and has a number of Siemens high-speed surface mount systems, Agilent,R/S and other precision testers. The Plant also has a number of senior engineers for SMT,testing and maintenance. Small Batch of Sample Board:dedicated to the manufacturing of small batch of PCBA in non-consumer areas,such as communication base stations,industrial control,medical,military and other industries.Provide SMT,plug-in,manual soldering,testing,maintenance,assembly,packaging and other servivecs,and have Fuji,Yamaha surface mount systems,Jintuo leaded/lead-free 10-zone reflow ovens,leaded/lead-free wave soldering equipment and other production equipment,as well as full-automatic PCBA cleaning machines and X-RAY,AOI and BGA reworking equipment,thus the equipment is complete,to meet individual customer demand. The plant reserves mainstream brand 0603 and 0402 whole series of resistive and capacitibe components,to solve the problems of customers,such as sample making,material preparation for small batch production.
