Since 2012, PCBFaster has started to produce SMT stencils, and has been committed to providing special SMT laser stencil products meeting customer demand. Currently, the company's main products are SMT laser stencils, SMT step-type stencils, touch screen stencils and AI copper mesh. Stencil Features:  (electro- polishing) Location Accuracy: 3um Roughness: 2um Steel Sheet Thickness: 0.05mm-0 8mm, adaptable to a variety of sample boards of tin paste and SMT. Micro-pore wall taper, stable tension. Design diferent opening solutions according to customer requirements for products.* Leading Technology: under a magnifying glass, the wall pore is in a funnel shape, smooth and shiny, clean demolding, and easy to clean.* High Quality: The roughness is close to zero, the printing is clear, the demolding is clean, and lack of tin and applying of tin on edges is avoided, the thickness is standard, and the design is reasonable. We have a group of technical staff with over five or six years of experience, to ensure the opening size and the alignment precision, and the accuracy is t0.004mm. We can easily produce QFP of ultra-fine pitch (0.40mm) and 0402chip pad openings.

Product Advantages

Equipment: We have Germany's leading production equipment, with the transmission accuracy of X and Y axles less than 4um, the repeat accuracy less than 1um, and the product cutting surface smooth and without burrs; in addition with the corresponding characteristic polishing, the demouling performance of stencils achieves the best. Materials: We adopt steel sheets imported from Japan and domestic high-grade AB adhesive sealing meshes, thus the product tension is stable, the solvent resistance is clear, and the service life is long. Opening Data: We design the corresponding opening data depending on the specific product and the particularity of PCB line opening and parts, etc., to largely reduce the false welding behind SMD, continuous welding and tying. Product Features: We can produce 0.03-0.05MM micro-pore stencils, step-up stencils and step-down stencils, as well as positioning stencils of different  purposes in dfferent fields and AI copper meshes of first plug-in and then SMD.
